I've started scouting around for a new tailor since my old one stopped taking cosplay commissions T_T

The new one I found was WAYYY too expensive (about RM1000 for Lucrecia's white dress OR Azula's costume) so I'm begging you people, anyone has a tailor to recommend?

Argghhh...

Wakakakakka... Only thing is, I thought she was quite bitchy. But oh well, it should be quite easy to do her costume and hair. *Runs off boot shopping.*
